This book compiles the author's (together with co-authors) articles and theses published between 1985 and 2008 in Azerbaijani, Turkish, English, and Russian. The scientific works included in this volume of “Selected Works” present research on plant introduction, bioecological characteristics, growth and development, reproduction, dependence of organogenesis and ontogenesis on extreme environmental conditions. It also covers quantitative and qualitative indicators of seeds, the preparation of digital polytomic identification keys, as well as the productivity, phytopathological, entomological, morphological, ampelographic, phenological, and organoleptic characteristics of grape varieties with different purposes. The text of “Radiographic analysis method for the seeds of woody genera” is also included in the book.
