Author: Nigar Mursal gizi

The monograph is devoted to the study of the current state of the cenopopulations of certain rare and endangered species in the Greater Caucasus. The book examines the spatial, ontogenetic, demographic, morphometric, and vitality structures of the cenopopulations of the investigated taxa through the application of classical and modern botanical methods. The hemeroby assessment of the taxa has also been conducted and their dependence on ecological factors has been analyzed. For the first time, a mathematical computer model has been developed to provide a prognostic assessment of the potential development and distribution range (areal) of these taxa populations and corresponding forecasts have been compiled. The monograph is intended for specialists working in the fields of biology and ecology, scientific institutions and organizations, as well as students of higher education institutions specializing in biology.
