The book includes examples of bayati collected over many years by the folklore research group of the Shaki Regional Scientific Center of ANAS from the northwestern region of Azerbaijan. The presented bayatis reflect the worldview and mindset of the local population — instilling love for the homeland, nature, and humanity, as well as feelings of hatred toward enemies and all kinds of vile qualities.
