“International Journal of Information Technologies and Innovative Economy” (IJITIE) is an open access journal published by Odlar Yurdu University. The journal publishes original scientific articles, review papers, and case studies covering topics such as information technologies and digital transformation; innovation management and sustainable economy; economic modeling and policy analysis related to digital innovation; artificial intelligence, data analytics, and intelligent systems; artificial intelligence tools including artificial neural networks, deep learning, fuzzy logic, and support vector machines; applications of artificial intelligence in industry, agriculture, business, banking, and economics; artificial intelligence in education, healthcare, and public administration; as well as information security, big data, and data analytics. The primary aim of the journal is to promote interdisciplinary research and to facilitate the dissemination of innovative scientific findings that contribute to global technological and economic development.

The editor-in-chief of the journal is professor Ahmed Veliyev, doctor of physical and mathematical sciences; the executive editors are professor Samir Veliyev, doctor of law, professor Fakhraddin Sadikoghlu Mammadov and doctor of economics, professor Elshad Mammadov; and the publication managers are Aslan Azimzadeh and Nigar Ibrahimova.
