The Journal of Engineering Sciences and Modern Technologies (JESMT) has been operating since 2025. The journal which attaches special importance to modern technological developments and interdisciplinary approaches, publishes high-quality original scientific articles in the fields of engineering and applied sciences.  Priority is given to theoretical, computational and experimental studies that contribute to scientific development and practical innovation.

The aim of the journal is to provide an international platform for researchers, scientists and specialists, to promote the exchange of knowledge and innovation and to support the development of engineering solutions for contemporary challenges.

The founding editor of the journal is Elmar Gasimov, PhD in geography, the editor-in-chief is Ilhama Zarbaliyeva, doctor of chemical sciences, the technical editor is Sahib Kazimov and the executive editor is Aida Taghiyeva.
